Deep stretches. Deep breaths. This class features passive poses and active breathing to open your body and mind with relaxation.

Long-held, passive yoga poses target your fascia to develop greater flexibility in your tissues.. and in your mind!  This class is appropriate all levels.

Please plan to have ALL your props available (whatever you own). You never know what you will want around to make yourself comfortable and supported. Props such as bolsters, cushions, blankets, and blocks (or equivelents.)
