Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your online studio subscription at any time for the coming months. No refunds for classes. Private Yoga or Bodywork Sessions require 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid charges. Refund policies vary by retreat, be sure to read the fine print/individual policies for your retreat. By your purchase you agree to the terms and conditions outlined for your purchase.

In any physical activity, risk of serious injury is possible. Yoga teachers/massage therapists cannot diagnose any medical condition. Yoga and other activities are no substitute for professional medical diagnosis and treatment. a) I acknowledge that I am participating in the activities of yoga, meditation and retreat activities at my own risk and release Marisa Wolfe/Yoga del Sol, its facilitators and facilities, associated properties and subcontractors from all liability. I understand it is my personal responsibility to consult with my doctor regarding my participation. I have no medical conditions, that I am aware of, which would prevent me from taking part in classes. In the instance of in-person classes and retreats, I acknowledge that Marisa Wolfe/Yoga del Sol and contracted entities have no control over natural, medical, and political disasters and agree to hold harmless the event organizers. As well, I agree to carry adequate travel insurance to cover such instances and assume sole responsibility for any incidents I may be involved in. In addition and in consideration of my engagement as a participant in online yoga, whether pre-recorded or live, with Marisa Wolfe or other representatives of Yoga del Sol upon the terms herewith stated, I hereby give their heirs, legal representatives and assigns to those acting with his/her authority and permission to the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic pictures/prints/videos of me or in which I may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever. b) I also permit the use of any printed material in connection therewith. c) I hereby relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied. d) I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless [photographer], his/her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his/her permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. e) I hereby affirm that I am over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution; I fully understand the contents thereof. Buy purchasing/participating in the activities put on by Yoga del Sol/Marisa Wolfe, I understand this agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.

 

Code of Conduct: You must respect yourself and others in class/session/on retreat. Always treat others with compassion and kindness. Adhere to the privacy policy below. Never share class material without express permission. Failure to follow these rules will result in permanent removal from this event and/or subscription service with no refund.

 

Privacy Policy: I respect your privacy and expect you to respect mine and that of other participants in our courses. Any confidential information revealed within a class/on a retreat should never be shared beyond that space. I collect a limited about of personal information but never share that beyond the third party applications I use to deliver your content. Those applications include our retreat venues, tour operators, WordPress, Momence, Mailchimp, Meta, Youtube, and Zoom, all of whom maintain their own privacy policies.
