Thai Yoga Massage for Balance focuses on improving the function of Sen Ida and Pingala; these unilateral lines each govern one side of the body, much like the Ida and Pingala Nadis in Yoga. By encouraging flow and ease along these lines we bring balance not just to mind and body in a uniquely soothing bodywork sequence consisting of movement, stretching, intention and direct pressure. Enhancing this 1.5 hour bodywork sequence is a unique Thai Yoga/Reusi dat Ton sequence, including philosophy and pranayama,  for the practitioner that creates greater physical ease for Thai Yoga Massage and everyday activities. 35 NCBTMB CEUs*, 26 YA CEUs**, and a certificate in Thai Yoga Massage.

*Massage Therapists – Give your hands a break as you learn to use more of your body more effectively when giving Thai Yoga Massage or even the fabulous techniques you already offer. In this course, you will full sequence that you will be able to build on and specialize to build your clientele in new directions. Best of all, the movement and muscle memory built through regular sessions will have both you and your clients stronger, more flexible, and more comfortable in your own bodies.

**Yoga Teachers – This course will help you bring better body mechanics to your classes and your mat, expand your private session offerings, enhance your understanding of anatomy and kinesiology, deepen your meditation practice, and fill your toolbox with fabulous hands-on assists, partner poses, and sequencing inspiration. 9.25 hours TTP, 5 hours TM, 10.25 hours A&P, 1.5 hours YPLE.
