Your guide for this retreat:

Marisa Wolfe is ane xperienced Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist, and hardcore nature-lover. Her classes are lighthearted, filled with kindness, and steeped in the yogic tradition. Always mixed-level, suitable for beginner and experienced practitioners alike.

Marisa has been leading retreats and helping people to relish their yoga practices and yoga bodies for 16 years. She teaches online classes and workshops one-on-one and to groups regularly.

In addition and in consideration of my engagement as a participant in this retreat concerning the joint venture of yoga and meditation retreats led by Marisa Wolfe or other representatives of Yoga del Sol upon the terms herewith stated, I hereby give their heirs, legal representatives and assigns to those acting with his/her authority and permission to the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic pictures/prints/videos of me or in which I may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever. b) I also permit the use of any printed material in connection therewith. c) I hereby relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied. d) I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless [photographer], his/her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his/her permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. e) I hereby affirm that I am over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name. About our Yoga Classes:

All classes are always mixed level, with options for gentler versions of postures as well as more challenging versions. You will always be encouraged to practice at your own pace and according to your own needs at the time. 

You will find no headsteads led in these classes. Rather, we will be focused on variations on basic poses for new perspecitive on familiar poses that you can expand on in your personal practice.

Our private one-on-one classtime will allow us to go deeper into your particular needs – physical or spiritual – in ways that you can immediately use on your mat. You will find the practives we develop one-on-one reflected in our group classes to reinforce your understanding.

I am a travel addict attracted to places of great beauty and cultural immersion. Lately, I’ve been finding those experiences locally. Revisiting favorite old haunts, different corners of my yard, and the nooks and crannies of my soul.

And nothing inspires my yoga practice so much as focused time to explore my inner world. It will be my pleasure to guide you on your own inner journey in the comfort of your home during this virtual retreat.

I teach yoga classes that focus on exploration, feeling into sensation, experimenting and adapting to suit your needs in the moment. I’ve been teaching mixed level classes for 14 years and leading retreats for 11. I think you will find my approach to yoga both gentle and challenging. Know all challenge is met with love and always your choice.
