As the giver stretches and moves their own body into a variety of yoga-like positions, they also move their partner into familiar yoga poses. These poses encourage length in muscles, space in joints and ease in the mind. And leave you feeling amazing!

Easy to give, a delight to receive Thai Yoga Massage will give you a greater understanding of human movement, our propensity to work too hard and the absolute delight in really learning to let go. Participants will take home a short massage sequence they can share with friends and family. Taken this workshop before? No worries, there are new poses every time!
