Dip your toes in the Bliss of Thai Yoga Massage… Learn to be an exceptional receiver, and a fabulous giver. Either way, you are getting great yoga and relaxation!

As the giver stretches and moves their own body into a variety of yoga-like positions, they also move their partner into familiar yoga poses. These poses encourage length in muscles, space in joints and ease in the mind.

Easy to give, a delight to receive Thai Yoga Massage will give you a greater understanding of human movement, our propensity to work too hard and the absolute delight in really learning to let go. Participants will take home a short massage sequence they can share with friends and family. Taken this workshop before? No worries, there are new poses every time!
