Do you really know how to breathe? How you inhale and exhale can change everything – your physical comfort, your mind, your emotions, your connection with Self and the world. In this workshop, we dive deep into explorations of breath through anatomy, pranayama, asana and meditation to understand how we breathe, what it means to breathe and how we can use the breath as a practical tool in everyday life to cultivate deeper connections inside and out. Through your breathe, you can create a new conversation with yourself and transform your everyday life.
